What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a system of prevention and healing of traditional medicine from India.

Ayurveda encompasses the health of the soul, mind, senses and body. According to Ayurvedic philosophy, the key to a healthy life is to ensure that the soul, mind, senses and physical body are in balance. Therefore, emotional, mental, physical and even spiritual imbalances can be treated.
